Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Rebecca S. Lininger
Mind of an engineer. Instincts of a commercial operator. Deployed by CEOs and private equity sponsors when the value-creation thesis demands an owner.
Profile
Two decades at the intersection of capital and operations.
Rebecca delivers Operational Alpha: EBITDA through hands-on operational execution rather than financial engineering. Forensic insight into what customers will actually pay for. RevOps and intelligence systems that make winning repeatable. Fiduciary discipline that protects the P&L.
Her career spans the core forces shaping the AI economy: gas turbines powering data centers, hydrogen infrastructure, enterprise AI at P&L scale, and the commercial models that monetize them. She has delivered billion-dollar impact scaling commercial platforms and industrial systems at GE, GE Capital, Synchrony, Quantum, and Ecolab, and is equally credible in the boardroom and on the shop floor.
